Partners in Quality
To help promote quality asphalt pavements in Texas, the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association facilitates Partners in Quality (PIQ) meetings between TxDOT districts and member firms. All 25 TxDOT districts participate in the Partners in Quality program holding a minimum of one PIQ meeting each year. Some districts hold multiple meetings per year, and some hold additional meetings on an as-needed basis.
