At the start of every year, TXAPA Members gather together to:
- discuss all relevant changes and plans taking effect in the new year
- hear from several speakers and have time to ask questions of industry leaders within both TXAPA and TxDOT
- welcome new board members and the new TXAPA President
- participate in the Winter Classic Golf Tournament
